Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Placement

2.5 months ago my sons mother called me and wanted me to take my son whos 2 permanently. She said she could no longer take care of him and needed me to take him. I jump on the chance to chance to take him FT. I few weeks ago she said she was coming home and wanted him to come live with here under the old stipulation. Which was I have him M-f she has him F-M. At the moment she just got back home here and she called wanting to take him for a day or two. I said no cause he goes to preschool M-F. And she told me she was calling the police and coming to get him. they never showed up. I would like to try to get full placement of him. Right now it is 50/50 everything. Is that possible?
