At what point can a custody and property settlement have changes made after the divorce has been granted in the State of Wisconsin?

It depend upon what type of changes you're asking about.

Property division can be a tough one to change, but

under some emergency circumstances, custody can be changed

immediately. It normally requires a formal motion before the judge.
