Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

I potentially fathered a child. The mother's husband took a home paternity test that came back as he is not the father. They are currently in the process of trying to get divorced. The husband is wanting his name off the birth certificate and she is stating her divorce is stalled until I can establish my paternity. How should this situation be handled by Wisconsin laws?

It is up to you whether to take a paternity test until you are ordered to do so by the court. For more information, feel free to email.
