Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Property Division - Business Buyout

I am looking for verbiage to use in a settlement in a divorce case. the issue is that the couple have 2/3 int. in a business and i would like to propose that if the H sells the business in the first year after div. the W gets 40%, 2nd yr. 35%, 3rd yr. 30%, something to that effect, but am looking for an article or another case in which this was used. can you help, or at least direct me?
