Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

property

Hi there. My husband is stationed in HI and I am in WI. He filed for an annulment. I have most of his old clothes here that he never wore, all old and dingy. He refuses to let me send them COD to him. I do not want his property in my home any longer. How can I dispose of it with out it being distruction of property?

Pay for the shipping and send them. It will cost less in the end than being taken back to court for any issues with regard to property. Retain your receipts.
