Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Does property mentioned as being handed down from a Will supersede the same property mentioned in a divorce decree settlement in Louisiana? The divorce decree alluded to was issued prior to the Will's issuance.

it sounds like it was still a gift if not inheritance.

Either is excluded in Wisc.
