Hire an attorney to represent you. It is a serious mistake to go through a divorce without legal representation.

You list yourself as living in Wisconsin - I can only answer for Illinois law but these details are fairly general throughout the US.
Marital property is divided during the divorce proceedings. Preferably there will be a settlement deciding marital property disputes along with alimony, child support and custody. Alternatively, there could be a trial.
In any event, the previous poster's advice is correct. If you are getting a divorce, you should seek counsel. Especially if there is marital property involved that you are scared of losing.
