I am remarried and never signed a QDRO. Does my exspouse still have access to my pension if stated in the marital settlement agreement only?

Your spouse may always seek to enforce the divorce property settlement even if that means having the court subsequently issue a Qualified Domestic Relations Order consistent with its decree.
