how to remove fathers name from birth record
i am still legallymarried and my husband was in jail ,so the babys not his.we havent been living together for 5 years now.i plan on getting a divorce down the road when i can get money.we have 3 children togetherand i had last one without him. i want to go after father of last child for child support. but cant do it becaused hes not listed on birth records.my husband is on his way back to prison so can get money from him. i live in wisconsen

If you are receiving assistance from the county I would expect the county to assist you with this. Have you applied?
Otherwise, because your husband is the presumtive father of the child, you probably need to start the divore action in order to establish that your husband is not the father.
