If seperated from a spouse in wisconsin,is there anything you can do to not be responsible for their health insurance or increasing debts before the divorce is finalized and done?

In most cases, you would have to file a Motion for Temporary relief seeking to be relieved from that obligation. In most cases, it is required to remain in effect.
