Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin
Here is my situation, my daughter is six years old, her biological father left when I was pregnant. He has never met her, had contact with me or payed child support. I was given full custody. My question; does he have any rights right now? Does he have any right to see her without taking me to court? I live in Wisconsin, any help would be appreciated.

Missimer Law, S.C.
By Statute WI STAT 767.82(2m)
(2m) CUSTODY PENDING COURT ORDER. If there is no presumption
of paternity under s. 891.41 (1) or if paternity is acknowledged
under s. 767.805 (1), the mother shall have sole legal custody
of the child until the court orders otherwise.
SO, until he files a paternity action he has no legal rights whatsoever.
