My son is dating and living with a young lady that is almost to the end of her divorce. Recently they found out that she is about 12 wks pregnant. What affects if any will this have on her divorce finalizing?

The court will create a paternity filing and need to adjudicate your son as the father. There is a presumption that the husband is the father of the child, and he will likely object.
It will stop the divorce dead in its tracks until the paternity is resolved.
