My sons father thrives on making my life miserable.....
My sons father continues to thrive on making my life miserable. Every time I make a positive move in my life or my career he seems to come after me with some obscene legal issue, and drags me through the court system. In the past 8 1/2 years not once has this man put my son at best interest, he just continues to interfere with my life and find ways to set me back not only emotionally but physically and financially.
What can I do to stop this behavior once and for all?

Your question is very general, as you know. I don't know your details, or what you currently may be up against. If he is coming up with things that are frivilous, or harrassing, and a judge can be convinced of that, you can get an injunction, or perhaps you can have your legal fees assessed against him. Your best bet may be to try this with the next move he makes against you. I am not guaranteeing by any means that you would be able to get the fees or the injunction -- that depends on what he does.
