Spouse Removal

Is there a legal way to have my spouse removed from our home? He is not abusive, but I do not want to live with him anymore and he will not leave. I want him to move out, he contributes very little to household expenses. I pay a majority of the bills and go to school.

File for divorce or separation and then ask for the court to order that at a hearing for a temporary order.
