Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

In the state of wisconsin, what is the legal age of consent. My 16 year old is dating a 18yr old. I am concerned about her being sexually active. what rights do i have as a parent? Especially if she should get pregnant

You are personally required by statues to do something about this situation if you believe sex is involved. You MUST protect the child.

Start by calling the police and ask for a desk officer. Talk to them and explain it all.

If they aren't willing to get involved call the DA or CPS.

Then likely you need to tell the 16 year old that you are obligated by law to do something about this. They will at least understand that you are in a corner.
