Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Can I sue my husband's ex-wife who receives alimony? She receives $2200/month deducted from my husband's payroll check. My wages are $2000/month. His ex-wife works part time . Her 2010 wages were $12,000/yr. and her wages have reduced each year for the past 4 years. She is in essence taking all my wages plus some so that I am working just to pay her alimony. We live in Wisconsin
