support of a college student

My daughter is planning on going on to college and she will be living at home. Can I get support from her father(my x husband)while she lives with me? There was no stipulation in the divorce.

Hello,

I believe that support obligations end at age 18. He can voluntarily support her after that age, but it cannot be enforced. Confirm this with your local child support agency. Best wishes, Mark J. Mahoney
