Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

No Support Ordered

In 1995 I received a legal divorce in Milwaukee County. My ex and I had an agreement of no support, the thinking was that my son may want to live with her after he lived with me, he does not want to live with her. Can I go back to court and get a support order? I have primary custody.
