Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

visitation

I am giving my soon-to-be ex wife money every month to support our son. BUT she will not allow me to see him. How can I go about getting visitation with him without getting into a huge legal/expensive mess? What are my options?

I'm afraid that sounds like your only option - to file a motion to enforce any current court order granting you placement or, if none is in place, filing an action in family court to get an order in place so you can enforce it when she pulls this kind of thing of you in the future.
