Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

My soon to be ex wife took our daughter out of state without my knowledge, she also left her 2 minor children here. She will not tell me when she is coming back. She knowingly waited until I was at work then had a couple of friends come over to the house, grab a bunch of her stuff and put it in storage and then went to Michigan to see an ex boyfriend who happens to be a Detroit police officer. She is saying she took Cali on a "vacation" but did not tell me nor would she return my calls or texts. I found out through her father where she had gone. What are my options?

Call the police see what they are willing to do.

File for Divorce ask the court to set a temporary hearing and ask to have the child returned to the jurisdiction of the court.

You will likely need an attorney to work this all out for you.
