Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Wife signed my name on loan documents

My wife signed my name on loan documents. Can she be charged with something? Do I have to file the charges. We are still married and not seperated.

Hello,

She technically might be chargeable with something but I doubt if a district attorney

is going to trouble with it. You could ask

and find out for sure. You may have other remedies to get out of the loan if you want to, but a lawyer would have to review the facts to find out. Best wishes, Mark J. Mahoney
