Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

I am from wisconsin, i have past child support due, if I marry another from a different state, and then move there, will my spouse need to worry about their retirement fund or wage earnings?

Not likely.

Wisconsin will just go after your funds.

But you should look at the marital property law of the new state.

You should also look at the bankruptcy exemption of that state.

Those two(2) things will determine how likely Wisconsin would be able to obtain funds though your state's child support enforcement folks.
