Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Wisconsin

I signed a contract to have new furniture delivered from Ashley furniture. The deli ery guys damaged the furniture and my new floor. I was asked to get a estimate of the floor . I did and 7 mos later nothing is done they want me to get more. up to 3 . I do not have time. Plus I am dealing with a 3rd party ashley hires . Not them. My contract said they deliver. Who shlould I talk to Ashely or the contracted out delivery service. I am getting nowhere with either.
