I am wondering if there is a way to get a GC. I just applied for Labor certification, but currently I am out of status. My spouse is going to apply for permanent residency as a nurse this spring. Is there any chances for my to change my status ?

If you have a petition pending already that was started prior to 04/30/01, you may be able to add your name to your spouse's case in the spring.
