Legal Question in Immigration Law in Wisconsin
Hi, can i apply for green card by marriage even if my spouse has not file her tax returns in well over three years due to inability to work which means no income and she is under no government benefit either.
My question was answered that i need a joint sponsorship, Is it mandatory for the primary sponsor to attach the tax returns papers along side with the co-sponsor?

If the Petitioner has not filed tax returns, s/he must submit a letter explaining why, along with the I-864. Then, the co-sponsor needs to submit 3 years tax returns & proof of employment.
