Legal Question in Immigration Law in Wisconsin

My boyfriend got revoked for violation of parole for 7 months, and has been in there for 6 months now. INS just put a hold on him. Is it possible they wont pick him up?

Hello:

With an INS Hold it is almost a certainty he will get transferred to immigration detention. At this point, you would want to try to beat the deportation, not think it will not happen. You should get an Immigration Attorney who specializes in deportation to help you.
