Legal Question in Immigration Law in Wisconsin
a good friend of mine is here from mexico. he like many other mexicans are here to help support their families. he came here because his father is sick and unable to work. his mother also is unable to work. so its the son that now steps up to support the family. how can he get his papers so he is free to come and go from the u.s.? i hear it can take 2 or more years and he will have to go back to mexico to start the process. meanwhile with him going back there he has no way of supporting his family. is there anything like a hardship case or a disability or head of household to expedite the papers? can you please offer some advice or someone i can talk to about this case that is local?
