Legal Question in Immigration Law in Wisconsin
Obtaining US citizenship
I have recently just married. My husband is from Mexico. Everything went through with all the paper and it is all legal. Now we are trying to obtain his US citizenship. I am hearing numerous different things on where to begin and what needs to be done to do this. Any way you could help with this?

He needs to wait 3 years before he can apply for citizenship.
