Auto Insurance Companys
Is it legal for auto insurance companys to tell the insured where they have to get their auto repaired and do they need to get 2 estimates?

The insurer's request is likely legal. If you wish to look into this more, however, check the Wisconsin Commissioner of Insurance's web page at http://oci.wi.gov/ and review your own insurance policy to see your specific duties.
