Legal Question in Insurance Law in Wisconsin
I have been dealing with an ins,. company that refuses to pay out a death benefit. They keep saying they need papers that I have faxed to them several times. i'm getting ready to file with the ins commishenser on tue and I call the ins co one more time. if I don't get positive resulta from that will I have a case To sue?

Yes, but you might want to attempt sending the docs by certified mail before you sue. If still no luck you might be able to get something extra due to bad faith if they truly have no good excuse for refusing to pay.
