Legal Question in Insurance Law in Wisconsin
estimates
I sent an estimate to an insurance co. to have my car repaired after someone rear-ended me. i sent the est. to the ins. co. the adjuster left me a message today and said that the most he could pay out on my vehicle is $1924.82 and the estimated to repair is $2669.54. I don't understand if this is right or not?

I refer you to Wisconsin's Office of the Commissioner of Insurance's FAQs for Auto Insurance, which is at http://oci.wi.gov/faq/auto.htm#phydam. Good luck.
