Legal Question in Insurance Law in Wisconsin
My Fault...Uninsured
I was in an accident that was my fault; failure to yield the right of way & I had no insurance. It has been 2.5 months now & I just got a call from the collection office that works for the other driver's insurance co. telling me that I need 1/2 of the total damages in 2 days or they will suspend my license. Can they do that? Thank you.
