Legal Question in Insurance Law in Wisconsin
Who's insurance covers child born to minors?
When two people under 18, who are not married or emancipated, have a baby, who's health insurance covers the cost of the birth and health care of the baby? Will the insurance company that covers the mother sue the insurance company that covers the father once paternity is established?

Honestly, I do not know. I'd recommend contacting the Wisconsin Commissioner of Insurance.
