Legal Question in Insurance Law in Wisconsin
Insurance / Liability
I currently belong to a hunting club that owns a little land and on old beat-up old cabin. Of the 8 paying members in the club - only 2 are named on the deed. We do not insure the cabin or the contents at this time. Here's my question.
If someone has trespassed onto the property / cabin and happens to get hurt - are any and or all members liable for the injuries that might occur?

Re: Insurance / Liability
Hello,
It is likely that the landowners would be liable, and not the other people in the Club.
Insurance for liability is cheap. Check it out.
