Legal Question in Insurance Law in Wisconsin
If rhere is no bodily injury from an auto accident from a wheel coming off another vehicle, but there is auto damage, is it even worth obtaining legal representation to pursue the responsable party?

Possibly not, since your comprehensive coverage should reimburse you for this, so your first option should use what you have paid for. If you are uninsured, or mere seeking recovery of your deductible, the size of the claim might be less than the cost of retaining counsel, so you might consider going to small claims court on your own. Finally, if the at fault party is insured, you should present a claim to the insurer, or to the WI DMV Safety Responsibility section if they are uninsured, which can lead to suspension of their driver's license and registration until they either pay or go bankrupt. Of course, having counsel is always better, if you can afford it.
