Legal Question in Insurance Law in Wisconsin
What happens if I have surgery when I have insurance, then lose my job and insurance a few weeks later? The hospital has sent me a bill for the full amount saying the insurance company is refusing to pay?

You need to immediately consult with an experienced bankruptcy lawyer, since medical bills are 100% dischargeable. The lawyer might also analyse your odds of success in possibly suing your own insurance carrier over the coverage issue.
