I am currently working on a book where I wold ike to publish various responses form numeorus corporations' Customer Service emails. Is this in any way illegal?

WHo to and from? Private data on customers? Or is all data yours (or someone from whom you have obtained consent for release)? [E.G. I don't want you publishing my problem with baldness remedy etc.)
