Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Wisconsin
i have an idea to change a product and take it in a new direction. will a non disclosure of agreement of confidentiality protect me from getting ripped off when i approach them?

Any franchise attorney or IP attorney will say a well-drafted NDA is about the only way to protect yourself before disclosing your idea. Don't say ANYTHING unless the NDA has been signed. Consult with a good franchise attorney or IP attorney in your area for specific advice.
