what type of non-disclosure agreement do I need to protect me throughout the entire world or perhaps the U.S.I am a resident of Wisconsin. My idea could sell throughout the world but my primary interest is the U.S. market

Be aware that non-disclosure agreements may not protect your idea from being stolen. You might want to consider in addition to the NDA, other forms of protections.
