Uploading and selling music
What it be legal if I uploaded music from a CD that I purchased, legally and at full price, on to my PC and then sold the CD to a used CD store?

This is technically wrong but in practice there is nothing that the copyright owner is going to be able to do about it: music CDs do not require any kind of registration to load, and the second-hand CD store likely does not require identification when it buys used CDs, so nothing ties the initial purchaser to the CD in the stream of commerce.
