Constructice Discharge

I feel i was constructive discharged because of standing up for my rights, My questions are Is there a law in wisconsin or fedral about having to be hazmat certified/or endangerment to employees for chemical spills. Second question in Wisconsin can a boss fire a person after the guy above him makes a verbal agreement about u still having a job. Third Question do I have rights when i told the company 6 months ago about this guy and me not being able to work with him and then they put me right back in the situation, were i wasnt able to do my job. Hello, thanks for y our question. YOu have to realize that in Wisconsin and employer can fire you for any reason or no reason except: discrimination based on sex, religion, age or sexual harrassment. It doesnt sound like those were your situation. You might try to contact the owners and explain things to them. I am not sure of regulations dealing with hazardous chemicals or what you getting at with that ttopic. I wish I could be more helpful.
