cut in pay
I have been with this company for 9.5 years. I have been a CNA nursing aide. My nurse aide renewal has not come in. So the company cut my pay 5 dollors. But I still worked onthhe floor doing all my dudies. My job had ever informed me of the pay cut and still let me work everyday.Until I seen my check and asked about it.Now I am not working until my renewal comes in. is this legal. thank you

They are entitled to cut your pay for essentially whatever reason they like (or no reason at all), but they cannot do so retroactively. So, they can only cut your pay going FORWARD, not for hours you have already worked.
