Legal Question in Employment Law in Wisconsin

I am currently employed at a medium sized private company, the owners recently have enacted a random drug testing policy, but I have not signed or viewed any paperwork associated with this supposed new company policy. I am unclear with the drug testing policy in Wisconsin specifically waukesha county but do they have the right without an adjustment to the current employee policy and with me not signing anything paper wise to make me submit to a drug test?
