Work/absence

I just got written up for being gone four days this month. However I have a doctors note stating I was contagious and could not be in work for those days. Can they legal write me up or fire me?

Possibly and possibly not. It really depends if your FMLA rights or another related right was asserted at the right time. You need to speak with a lawyer to more accurately get this sorted out.
