Breaking a lease agreement
My lease ends 03/31/06, I close on my first home 11/30/05. My current rent is $695.00. My leasing agent is re-renting it for $715.00 and they are charging me about $80.00 a week for advertising. It appears that they are capitalizing off me. Do I have any legal recourse?
