Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Wisconsin
breaking a lease
Do I have any leagal rights when I break a lease? Lease was broken because of drug activity on premises,constant loud drunken tenants, etc....on & on...
Also I am disabled and my health greatly worsened by living there.
Need help badly...please...thank you!

Have you already moved? It may be wise to document + get judge's approval, depending on how much $$$ is left on lease term.
