getting evicted but my name is the only one on the court papers, can our landlord still evict both of us even though my boyfriend never got served

Yes, if the landlord asks for all other occupants to be removed he probably could get everyone who is there via your permission evicted as well. Other occupants might be considered squatters who are present without permission of the landlord, in which event they would have no rights. Also, despite defects in terms of who is named or served, as a practical matter, once the sheriff changes the locks they will lose access to the property as well. You should therefore do yourself a favor and move out voluntarily, since an involuntary move by the sheriff can result in all of your belongings being locked and stored until you pay large storage and moving fees.
