evicting girlfriend w/kids

my girl friend lives w/me she has 2 kids 2 cats and a dog. we have no lease or rental agreement. shes lived here for 3 months. shes secretly seeing other guys. (spy ware) can i just put there things out on the street w/no notice? i have a five year old daughter and just found out my G/F cant stand her

If you're the only party to the lease (and she's not a party to it), then she probably doesn't have any enforceable right to remain on the premises. However, you still have a legal duty to treat her property with reasonable care. Putting it out on the street could give her the legal right to seek to have you held liable for any loss of or damage to her stuff!
