Eviction for non-payment
Can a landlord evict someone for non-payment in the winter, even if they have small children in Wisconsin?

Milwaukee County used to informally observe a Christmas-time moratorium on enforcing evictions, but that ended quite a few years ago. I can find no statutory protections currently in place that can prevent you from getting put out in the wintertime, if you don't pay your rent. Sorry.
