Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Wisconsin
lease expiration
I have not signed a lease in several years. There was no renewal clause and no notice given. our landlord is trying to bind us to the terms. I know that I am NOT required to pay the 2 months rent requested but am I obligated the the rest of the terms, such as filling the propane tank before we leave? Can my landlord sue if I do not?

Re: lease expiration
Let me see the old lease. There's likely a holdover provision which continues the old terms until TERMINATION.
